Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to submit the registration form and to make your initial payment. Checks should be made payable to Pacific Arts Ballet Academy.

Please note that enrollment in our Young Children's Program is limited to 10 students per class and your place is not guaranteed until Registration and Tuition have been paid-in-full. Please call for the most up-to-date availability.
 
Level placement in the Academy Program is determined by a placement class. Please call to find out which class to bring your child to for their initial placment.
 
*Please have registration printed and signed by parent/guardian when you arrive to your child's first class.
